Prior to your session, please review our Terms and Conditions, Release of Liability and Photo Release Agreement.

All dogs must be current on vaccinations:

• distemper / parvo

• bordetella (for kennel cough)

• rabies (if over 6 months of age)

• negative fecal within the last 12 months

Completed documents and vaccination records may be emailed in advance to info@pawsplayzone.com or presented at your first session.

Payment in full is required to reserve your spot and may be paid using cash, check, debit or credit card.
